Have you ever noticed how small moments of saying “yes” when you really mean “no” can quietly build up over time – until you feel resentful, overwhelmed, or as though your time and energy aren’t truly your own?
In this two-part workshop, you will explore how boundaries that are left unspoken can contribute to feelings of stress and exhaustion. Through reflection and discussion, you will identify where your own boundaries sit, what happens when they are not protected, and what healthier, more balanced alternatives could look like in real-life situations.
You will then reframe your boundaries as positive, values-based statements. Instead of focusing only on what you are saying “no” to, you will practise expressing what you are choosing to prioritise and protect in your life. This helps shift boundaries away from being seen as barriers, and towards being understood as expressions of self-respect and personal values.
The second part of the workshop shifts the focus towards valuing yourself in practice. You will explore what it means to prioritise your own needs and wellbeing, how this shows up in daily life, and what can get in the way of it. You will reflect on the balance between caring for others and caring for yourself, and begin to identify what sustainable self-prioritisation looks like for you.
From this, you will set your own action point – a simple, practical, and time-bound step to help you apply what you have learned in your own life.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a clearer understanding of your personal boundaries, a stronger sense of what you value, and a practical first step towards prioritising yourself in a more intentional and sustainable way.
The online programme is broken up into eight half-day workshops and a one-hour Meet and greet session before the programme starts.
